Information collected
The Academy collects information needed to process training enquiries and registrations, create learner accounts, receive and verify payments, deliver classes and resources, issue certificates, provide support and maintain operational records. This may include name, email, phone number, location, occupation, organisation, learning goals, registration selections, payment references and uploaded transfer evidence.
How information is used
Information is used for Academy administration, learner communication, training delivery, attendance, account security, payment reconciliation, certification, reporting and service improvement. Ostelnet does not require card details to be entered directly into the Academy; online payment is completed through the configured payment provider.
Access and protection
Learner, classroom, payment and administration records are protected by account and role-based access. Transfer evidence and learning resources are stored outside the public asset directory and served through authorised application routes.
Sharing
Information may be processed by hosting, email, payment and virtual-class providers used to deliver the service. Ostelnet does not sell learner information. Information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud and protect the platform.
Retention and requests
Training, payment and certificate records may be retained for legitimate operational, financial and verification purposes. To request correction or raise a privacy concern, contact support@ostelnet.tech.
Security responsibility
Learners should keep passwords private, sign out on shared devices and report suspicious account activity promptly.
