Registration and confirmation
A submitted registration creates an Academy record but does not guarantee a place until the required initial payment has been verified. Cohort capacity, deadlines and admission requirements may apply.
Payment plans
Where enabled, a learner may pay 50%, 75% or 100% on registration. A partial initial payment confirms the registration only; the remaining balance remains payable. Full payment may be required before completion, examination, final materials or certificate issuance.
Paystack and bank transfer
Online transactions are verified with the configured payment provider before a learner account is credited. Bank-transfer evidence is subject to confirmation in the official Ostelnet account. Uploading altered or false evidence may result in rejection or account suspension.
Changes, postponement and cancellation
Ostelnet may reasonably adjust facilitators, sequence, platform, schedule or venue while preserving the intended learning outcome. Where a cohort cannot proceed, registered participants will receive an alternative date, credit or other written resolution. Participant cancellation and refund decisions depend on notice, committed delivery costs and the applicable programme quotation.
Participation and conduct
Learners must use classroom access responsibly, protect meeting links and passwords, respect facilitators and participants, and avoid recording or redistributing protected content without written permission.
Learning materials and intellectual property
Academy materials are licensed to registered learners for personal or authorised internal learning. They may not be resold, republished or distributed as another training product without written permission.
Certificates
Certificates are issued only where programme, attendance, assessment and payment conditions are satisfied. Ostelnet may revoke a certificate obtained through false information, impersonation or other serious misconduct.
